The Labyrinth is a spiritual tool...often called a walking prayer, a walking meditation, or a path of prayer. The Labyrinth is an archetype, a divine imprint found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world.
Many people who walk the Labyrinth find peace, or a deep state of concentration. Many discover new insight, clarity and understanding. It is a place of release and renewal, a place to bring your questions, and ask for guidance, forgiveness and healing.
Walking the Labyrinth is a metaphor for walking the spiritual journey. There are many twists and turns and places.
You are invited to pause and pray. Our pace slows and quickens, and we experience many feelings and thoughts along the way. In the centre of the Labyrinth, we discover the Sacred... the still centre of our being where the love and hope reside.
